The software:
Full sale-day application software for livestock auction markets.  Efficient input, flexible transaction processing and simple error-checking/correcting, stream-line data processing from livestock check-in to load-out. Automated producer's settlement options, buyer's invoice with re-cap and diversified reporting functions. Produce any required sale-day report. Sell any livestock by: tag#, lot#, pen#, seller#, manifest#, seller code, by the pound, by the head or the unit. Pre-sorted (car-load) sale options for multiple-consignors, co-mingled lots and many other options. Weigh livestock before the ring, in the ring or after the ring. Sell singles, drafts or accumulated drafts. Sale-day functions are interfaced to the accounting functions of GL, AR and AP as well as a detailed buyer and seller history. Interface options are available for most brands of electronic scale equipment and scoreboards. See "optional products" as well.

The hardware:
A state-of-the-art, brand-name, Business System Server with manufacturers on-site warranty hosts the powerful and proven SCO-OpenServer operating system. The peripheral equipment, including printers, terminals, modems, power-conditioners and (optional) scoreboards has been selected for price/performance ratio in typical livestock market environment.
